Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

PioMu offers free standard shipping on orders totaling $50 or more after all discounts are applied and before taxes. For orders totaling less than $50, PioMu will offer various shipping choices upon checkout such as First-Class Mail, and Priority Mail. This offer includes shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the other US Territories. Standard shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to deliver. PioMu cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

Expedited Shipping

PioMu offers expedited shipping which guarantees delivery in 1-2 business days (no later than 2 business days after the order was submitted). This cost for this delivery method is calculated upon checkout based on the weight of the items. Orders submitted by 10 a.m. ET on weekdays will be shipped that day, unless unforeseen circumstances happen. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday will ship the next business day. Expedited orders are not available for PO Box addresses. Expedited orders are not delivered on weekends.

Restrictions

Some items may not be applicable to receive free shipping because of their size or other restrictions. You will be informed of the additional shipping costs in the product description. If for any reason, the cost of shipping an item differs to the price you see in your shopping cart, you will be contacted and we won’t ship your order until you approve the shipping price. This should not happen as we work hard to provide you with accurate information before making your purchase decisions.

Address Validation

Currently, we provide no functionality to validate addresses at the time the address is entered. We do not assume responsibility for invalid addresses. We cannot ship to an invalid address, but it will only become apparent later in the process, meaning a delay in shipping to you. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed or returned to PioMu as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed an additional charge may apply. You are also responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

We have a commitment to provide the Puerto Rican community with safe alternatives for their children. Never before an online store has offered such competitive shipping rates to Puerto Rico. The shipping rates for the continental US also apply to Puerto Rico, including free standard shipping on orders totaling $50 or more.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. The only item we are able to ship internationally is the U-Play Mat. If you are interested in ordering this item from outside the United States, please contact us with your request at orders@piomu.com to guide you during the ordering process.
